I found this site on Facebook. My daughter's 3rd birthday party is coming up and I saw her theme bubble guppies! I ordered her an outfit as well as 4 shirts and only paid a few cents over $69 for all of that! The only thing I became afraid of was that it wouldn't make it on time but it did! And I absolutely love them! Thanks you guys! Great work at a great price and exactly what I asked for size and all!

I placed 2 orders for my daughter birthday 3 weeks later did not receive the outfit, spoke to them they had me pay for rush delivery, the night before my da bday contact me with some ba talking about they only accept amazon pay and my order cannot be come because they have been trying to contact me, I spoke to them and the reply was very nasty, o will never order from them again, very unprofessional. This is not the way you conduct business.

I asked for my order to be expedited. Customer service agreed. I asked if the fee would be added to my card. They, sent me a link without explaining what to do inside the link. I asked what was I supposed to do as I didn't know if that site was for me to track my shipment or what. Below is the conversation between the rep and I. Never have I ever been so insulted and treated such disrespect by a business. NEVER!
I ordered a shirt on oct22nd. It didn't come by the party in mid Nov which is okay, due to covid, shipping was to take longer. So I figured it would be okay as long as I got it by Christmas. But it's mid January, no one will answer my emails, and the phone number listed is turned off. I contacted Amazon pay, hopefully they can help me, because even the emails they tried to send the merchant was returned. :(
I ordered on october 13 they guaranteed my shipment several times by november 6th even charged me extra for this. Then her birthday comes and goes with no shirts for her or the family. I contacted them by phone and email 2 days before her birthday and no response. Today the day after her party it isnt their problem i should contact ups... terrible terrible customer service please dont use them if you dont have months to wait. They dont care about families or the outcome of them shipping late.
We are not UPS, this is out of our hands, once again you need to contact them to see what the issue is, it was shipped off with plenty of time.

This company will not reply back at all made an order August 30 and paid for rush shipping and still no response or update on product. They just stop replying to my email for my outfit. Now I have a six year old daughter with out an outfit for her birthday. Its sad that your are making kids lose out on such a beautiful outfit they think they are going to wear and it never shows up. Sad very sad. This company needs to be removed from the internet and blocked ASAP!
The customer service experience was amazing! They communicated with me from beginning to end! The shirts look so good and my babies loved their onesies! My order came so fast with $20 rush shipping it was worth it! They even emailed me and recommended a change that I didn't even think of! I will definitely be ordering again as well as I will be recommending your company to family and friends!

I placed an ordered over the weekend and after tried to call the number and no one ever picked up.
I decided to wait to the weekday to call again so that I could make corrections and add additional items to the order and still never received a response.
I did leave an email no immediate response and on the next weekday I called several times again.
Here are the messages.

I ordered a shirt for my daughters birthday. I ordered this shirt on the 3rd of May. My daughters birthday is June 12. Still hasn't arrived! And when I reached out to customer service, they blamed USPS, and protesters for my package being weeks late. Unprofessional is an understatement. Below is a picture of an email I received from their "customer service".
Sorry if the truth hurt you sweetie, but its been mentioned all over the news in the past week that usps has been slowed down due to the riots and protesting, maybe try getting your facts straight before trying to call somebody out.

When I tell you I'm so pleased with this company... first & foremost they have exceptional customer service. I know I sent countless emails trying to place my order & with every one they responded quickly & kindly. I needed my order in less than a week & they were able to get it done. I'm proud to support a family owned business. Prices & quality are great! I will definitely order from them again bc my bonus grand baby is going to love her birthday outfit made just for her! As a firm supporter for all things black owned, this was truly disheartening and unbelievable how this person responded to me like I was nothing. They resorted to name calling and cursing. I did not receive the messages they replied to as it went to spam. When an email did come through their response was rude and when I sent a screenshot that it went to spam, they then took the rudeness to a whole nother level. I have never experienced something like this EVER. I am still in shock.

This company was very disrespectful and unprofessional I asked about my order she called me poor and stupid when I asked for a refund I would not recommend anyone to shop with her because this person is very unprofessional she even sent pictures of my apartment complex calling it poor. To save the next person I will be leaving reviews and the name of the website this seller totally invaded my privacy by sending pictures of my apartment complex calling it poor. Here's a screen shot of just a few of their replies calling me the "F" word, among other things. All of this started because I didn't see any delivery info on my invoice and emailed to find out approximately when my purchase would arrive. There is no excuse to treat a customer this way. Read their responses online to the many negative customer reviews. They resort to name-calling and profanity to defend themselves, rather than trying to do better and keep their customers. Shameful company!
LOL, we cancelled your order because of your threatheing email, not because you asked about your order. Funny anytime we cancel somebody's order after they curse at us or threaten us, they automatically all leave the same exact reviews, its like all you morons think exactly alike, how pathetic.
We cancelled the buyers' order after they started cursing at our employees, we do not tolerate that sort of harassment here, this is why they are upset. As you can tell by her photos, she cursed out one of our employees that was trying to help.
