I am a SIgns.com convert! I recently needed to turn around banners very quickly for an event and Signs.com came through for me--- the quality of my banner is excellent and the print job is vibrant and beautiful. I will never go back to my old vendor! Highly recommend!
The absolute worst experience with any printing company I've ever dealt with. 20 days and I still have nothing to order because their manager changed my accepted proofs to something completely unrecognizable from my brand. Many days later and no closer to placing an order than the first day and I decided to take the loss and cancel the whole thing. Over 2 dozen emails, 20 minutes on a chat, followed by an unproductive phone call and still no resolution. They can keep my $20 for the design, I have no doubt whatsoever that my products would have arrived with the either the incorrect artwork or the wrong item.

The process to design, purchase and deliver the product is tedious and time consuming. Although the telephone support is pleasant and seems helpful, mistakes are made due to the language barrier present. The quality of the materials used in the signs are lacking for the price that is charged. "Heavy Duty" is flimsy and shipping costs are MORE than the actual product ordered.

It was an easy process, designs and back grounds are numerous, and the site was so easy to navigate. Not to mention the price was very reasonable to boot. Buyer beware, will not stand behind their products. We bought 6 teardrop banners ($1,800+). Assembled 1 and put it out on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning one of the poles broke at the metal joint - clearly defective. Contacted their assistance team and was told there was no warranty on the hardware. Only if it was damaged in shipping. Clearly a defective product with no support. Very disappointed because their actual printing is good and we have used them a lot.
I've purchased a few vinyl letter signs and a metal sign and they were all exactly as expected. Good quality materials and printing. My only complaint would be when the vinyl letters are sent the paper that they are stuck to is hand-cut and not straight which makes it a lot more difficult to line up your letters level with your surface. If the paper had been cut straight (parallel to the lettering) it would make the adhesion process much more accurate and easy. I've almost ruined some letters this way.
Banner looks good. This time it was delivered on time. I am a CARtoonist and draw people's vehicles. Its important to have my banners look good with my art and arrive on time. The banner before this was stuck in India for 2 weeks... not sure how that happens when i'm shipping domestic.

The design team support was excellent. Delivery was on time. I ordered two flags with ground spikes. One ground spoke was defective. I could not fit the pole over the swivel head. One flag had a production flaw where there were two white blotches on the flag. Currently, working with company to have the flag and ground spike replaced.
