The Indy evos are garbage. Constantly drop the sound, won't charge or say they're charged when they're not. By far the worst earbuds I've had. Extremely frustrating spending hard earned money on crap. Walmart specials are better at this point.,,

They make you pay for shipping to return it.

They give you partial credit for what you paid. They claim the item isn't in stock when it's clearly available on their website...

I was able to resolve my issue over the phone.

The fact that the problem happened that I specifically emailed them to avoid happening before sending off the defective item.

Holy $#*!! The first 5 seconds of putting these on I realized they were badass as $#*!! I had 5 other friends try them on immediately after I heard my first song and I'm serious, they all looked at me like WTF! THESE ARE BADASS!? The bass is insane! And the clarity feels good,the combo of bass and sound is amazing!

I can't even believe how horrible my wireless headphones are. Never buy these, they're a waste of money. They won't keep their charge immediately even though showing the blue light and my laptop says it's connected and 100 percent charged and I can hear the buzzing still. I can't even take a drink or go to the bathroom without it losing sound. I constantly have to turn them on and off, even while working. And the list goes on.

I'd say something about the product quality but the one product I got was defective out of the box and the only thing I could experience was their $#*!ty customer support.
I'm not disappointed by the quality of customer support but by the absolute lack of it.
They require you to ship the defective product and they don't reimburse the shipping charges.
Following which they have the audacity to ignore you as thoroughly as possible.
Skullcandy has both my product and my money.

Dime black worked well in the 1st month, later they started not connecting automatically so i have to turn on each bud individually when i take them off the case and then connect them. While trying a call, the microphone will enhance all surrounding sounds over my voice and cant communicate properly. I tried to contact support but their website is so poor, i get invalid captcha but there's no captcha on the page on mobile.

Skull candy stocks up very quick and their shipping is also pretty fast with a 100$ order there's free shipping which helps a lot also supports is very helpful they can assist you with the new live agent service that just came out and their products are very good quality with the low price for people that are waiting for budget headheadphones/earphones with the help of the app making the headphones even more useful and with the long battery that even made me buy some for my family. Skullcandys products compete in the medium spectrum of companies but have not yet reached the jbl or sony level but they are a very prominent company and they have the wide spectrum of costumers with the support of lgbtq+ they show how much they care for the environment and their customers with giving a limited 1 year warranty

Tip for consumers:
make sure you buy some of the products that are at least a year old since they may have gotten a upgrade or their software it always happens to me when buying a brand new product they are not as good as the ones that have been sold a year later

Having recently bought a pair of Skullcandy Sesh ANC ear buds from Heathrow airport I unpacked them to find one of them was defective. On return from my holiday I sent the buds off to their UK warranty dept. No replacement was offered as they were ' no longer available', even though they are still for sale on the Skullcandy website, and they offered me a $50 voucher!. What use a $50 voucher is in the UK I don't know. Trying to contact Skullcandy is a nightmare as they don't have a UK customer service dept. and the only phone numbers I can find are American. If your grievance doesn't tick the right boxes on their website you get nowhere. As far as I am concerned Skullcandy are a bunch of rip-off merchants who now have my ear buds, all-be-it defective ones and the £49-99 I paid for the ear buds.

Tip for consumers:
Skullcandy does not have a replacement policy for defective items and issues vouchers you cannot spend!!

I bought ANC Hesh. Two months later they stopped working. I returned them at my expense and received a voucher to replace them, but the model I bought is not in stock and they don't know when it will be back. And they do not have an equivalent model. So I asked for a refund and was told no. I filed a complaint with the government consumer protection agency,

One of the earbuds stopped working after about 2 uses.
I was able to get a replacement, but had to pay $13 for shipping thru UPS
Company will not cover shipping costs, or refund you, I tried contacting support, but they still refused.
Given that if they brake down that quick and they only cover product for 2 years, plus potential costs of returning product, the savings in purchase compared to other brands, is not worth the risk.
If I had known about this company poor quality reputation, I would have chosen a different brand.

don't trust this brand, until they fix their quality and warranty

I ordered a product (Skullcandy dime) that broke down within the warranty period and have been trying to get it replaced for the past one month and just contacting them has been one of the most frustrating experiences.
They have $#*!ty virtually non existent customer support that only sends you generic computer generated replies.
Find a brand with better support and help centers in case something needs to be repaired

Bought a 8k headphones, cushion damaged within a year inspite keeping good care. No readdressal, they said we cant help sorry thats it. Again ordered earbuds, received damaged product, asked for return, said we dont have pick up in your location, you will have to send it yourself and the cost will not be reimbursed. Really shocked, biggest mistake of my life. Please do not order from skullcandy.

Both Air pods and earphones are good, works well. Comfortable to wear, clear sound and also last long.

Recently purchased wireless ear buds from the website. The website itself is easy to navigate. Ordering from it is fairly simple. I had no problems with ordering or delivery. Delivery was free and only took about three days via UPS. Skull Candy does a great job of letting one know the stages one's order goes through from first ordered to delivery. The ear buds I purchased were only 20 dollars. The quality is okay. However, I have purchased ear buds from Skull Candy in the past that cost a lot more and sound better. Thus, one gets what he or she pays for. No complaints here!

I bought the 40.00$ set of wireless skull candy ear buds for work, one side stopped working after a couple uses. Once side would charge up to 100% but the other side only charged half the time and barely worked at all, I fought with these head phones for two months of owning them until this morning when I threw them out the window of my truck on the way to work. I will never buy another skull candy product.

I purchased the Indy Evo earbuds from Skull Candy that only lasted 5 months. They would not connect to the battery back to charge and therefore would inconsistently pair with my phone and always die. I returned for warranty and used a store credit to try the Pit Viper Push Active. They broke after a month. They would always connect to my phone when in the charging case. One earbud ended up breaking from sweat contact. I do not recommend this brand at all. They do not last long and are not worth the money.

I purchased headphones from Skullcandy in 2011. I pulled them out to use today (stored in their Skullcandy bag in temperature controlled home) and found that the rubbery-plastic part of the headphones were mysteriously sticky. I went to Skullcandy's website where I discovered that my headphones were no longer under warranty. To me, a lifetime warranty is for my lifetime and I'm not dead yet. I am extremely disappointed with the company after enjoying their product because of the bald faced lie about their warranty.

Shortly after purchasing the Skullcandy Indy Fuel Earbuds, I began experiencing multiple issues. One earbud would consistently go out, and eventually never work, or they would consistently not connect to Bluetooth. I continuously called support to help me reset the earbuds which never worked. I finally filed a warranty claim in September 2021, shipped the defective set back to corporate. A month goes by, and still no correspondence of any sort notifying me of the delivery. I had to call multiple times following up on the status of my return and replacement. Come November, still no sign of a new replacement but they had already received my defective product. Needless to say, the ongoing calling to follow up, still no product in hand which is clearly paid for, and frustrated, each time I spoke to a rep, they were constantly defensive the fact that their products don't function as advertised or stated, had an attitude and did not care about my horrible experience. I talked to only one rep that actually acknowledged my terrible experience with the product, and he provided me with $100 off coupon for the overall inconvenience. He also stated on the phone that I can use this for a future purchase and apologized once again for having to wait months and deal with this awful experience. When I tried to use that code, it was invalid, yet in the email it clearly states does not expire till 12/22/2022. Of course I tried to use it and it was invalid. What do I do? I call support for the gazillionth time, explain my story for the gazillionth time, and I'm told that was a coupon intended for my replacement and it was the reps mistake for sending that to me. As you can imagine, of course they did not honor it, and proceeded with the ongoing defensiveness and attitude that I have a replacement on the way and they do not provide any additional discounts for product or mistakes. This company not only manufactures a terrible product, but also has a major lack of quality customer service. Here we are on December 13,2021 and I have yet to receive my replacement. Mind you, none of this has anything to do with pandemic shipping. It's a complete disconnect, lack of streamlined processes, and lack of concern for paying customers. Also, in October 2021, I purchased a brand new set of Jabra Noise Canceling Earbuds to have in the meantime as they are required for my work, and I received them within 4 days of purchasing. Then I had an issue with one earbud crackling, so, I sent them back for a replacement and received correspondence in a timely fashion via email from Jabra support, AND a replacement within a week! Skullcandy should model their services and customer care after Jabra and several other notable companies.

Hi, Bought skull candy earbud dime on 09-01-2022 having order no. *******, day 2 right side earbuds stopped working. Shocked? Haha, come to their policy.As i connected with their customer service (thank god after 3 call they have received),the person was well spoken, professional, with positive attitude, (no complain with service centre person), disappointed with their policy It says like" There is no exchange policy/return of product policy) once it is received by the customer. He explained politely that u have to go with our warranty policy, i was like ok... let's go with their policy,, then i realised you have to send the product to Delhi by courier with ur own expenses,then the technician will decide what to do with the product ( i was like really,,,, there is not customer service PAN India, only in Delhi). Today, in such open competitive market, lots of good product in this price range are available with practical policy.Then tell me why should i go with your product. First and last time purchased of "Skullcandy". Will definitely refer to others not to go with their product. (Lesson learned with an expense /loss of Approx 2k)
