I recently booked a flight from California to Hong Kong through StudentUniverse.com, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. The booking page was clear and straightforward, making the process seamless. What stood out to me was their thoughtful addition of information on purchasing an eSIM card for Hong Kong, which I found incredibly helpful. And let's not forget the most important part - the student discount! Their prices were significantly cheaper than other websites I checked. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have booked through student universe, got my confirmation and the reference worked on the actual airline website so all good.

Site was very slow and unresponsive. Had to refresh multiple times. Took nearly an hour to book the flights. App kept showing error messages.

When I did have a glitch, I called in directly and promptly had a living person to help me, she was kind and knowledgeable and able to resolve my problem. Booked international travel through online portal ( redirected from google search). The confirmation did not appeared on airline app ( may be we could not wait even 24 hours from initial booking time and became anxious). Called customer service and the representative on the call swiftly resolved it and ensured while still on the call that booking confirmation is show on airline site. Excellent.

I was surprised that I couldn't have instant confirmation and heard it might take 3 days. Also, the agent, although good English language, had a think accent, like a large dog talking... deep and very mumbled/muffled.

It was refreshing to find such good deals for my travel needs.

I don't write reviews usually but this is such a scam I hope to help someone save their money. They are not up front when purchasing the tickets. Once you get to check out they keep adding on additional fees and you end up paying more for a ticket here than on the actual airlines website. Don't trust this place.

I came across this website via a search engine, the booking process was so simple, price was the best I could find and confirmation received straight away. I had an issue with the reservation (my fault) which was resolved by the team over the phone immediately - so helpful! Will be my booking method of choice moving forward. Well done guys!

Cancellation is the worst. If a person mistakenly books a trip then will have to go with it. There is no room for changes and cancellation without a cost. Not within an hour of booking.

I'm extremely grateful for the amount of money I've been able to save for flights however the first time I booked a flight I wasted around $60 by choosing to pay for my seats through the app instead of when I checked in. I ended up getting stuck in the leftover middle seats so I wouldn't bother trying to pick seats in the app. Other than that I would definitely recommend and have recommended this to my other friends in college.

I was so lucky to come across this amazing deal, however, it would have been easier to navigate had I attempted to buy the tickets earlier in the morning. My first transaction was only $25 but never fully processed due to high website traffic. When I tried again, the total cost ended up being $45, which was still a great deal considering the flight that I wanted was originally $300. I am so grateful to have come across this amazing deal in time for the holidays.

I booked a flight to Tokyo Haneda airport from New York JFK Airport as part of my internship program. That flight allows me to choose some goodies, such as choosing my own seat or even having an option to add protection for my baggage. However, there is one thing that leaves something to be desired, and it is the refundability of the tickets. In fact, the tickets being sold in Student Universe should be refundable without any paywalls until one week before their departure dates.

Wow! So wonderful and cheap! I was so stressed about buying flights for my study abroad but was lulled to queen-dom by this website. Amaze!
