My two pairs of trainers from Stunahome arrived 11 Jan '24, they were tight, I tried to return them the following day the firm refuse to give me authorisation, instead they said that I should damage the trainers then send them photos, they will send me %50 £55.98 even though I paid a total of £91.96 for trainers price and postage. This is a totally exhausting experience, I need my refund to purchase a trainers that fit instead of being offered 30% or 50% or I should give the trainers to a family or charity. I am 75 years old and totally frustrated with this experience, I need help please.
Not allowed to return the item, told to destroy it and refund would be done. They refuse now to to refund.
Avoid at all costs. The products are really poor, cheaply produce and shapeless. They refuse refunds.

The boots arrived not in a box just squashed into a plastic bag. I wore them for 3 days and the sole of the boots literally came apart. Inside you can see there is no glue to hold them together. This cost me £37.09. I contacted them to return them as they weren't suitable at first they offered me £11 to keep them or give them to charity (the only place they can go is thr bin as the actual boot wasn't sewn up and now the soul is gone you can put your hand through the boot) I refused as I wanted my money back as they were substandard. They refused because they had been worn and broken. They're boots they're meant to be worn but they aren't meant to completely fall apart after 3 days of simple walking around
The company is not trustworthy and their products are definitely not safe so please
Whatever you do don't buy from this company don't make the same mistake I did and lose just under £40

I bought shoes for my elderly Mother aged 94 2 weeks ago - which do not fit. Since then I have been unable to send back or indeed have my refund processed. I have taken photos of the unworn shoes, supplied all details & jumped through hoops backwards - but Stunahome STILL have not sent a return label with address. I have emailed 20+ times & each time I get an AI generated response assuring me of 100% Customer Service [ha ha!] We just keep going in circles. The Company appears to be based in China & is only open at 1:00am GMT [really useful] - there is nowhere to complain on their site. Please avoid at all cost - a complete sham of a Company for whom 1 star is 1 star too many!
Ordered orthopaedic leather shoes and received synthetic ones that were so deformed from the packing that I am unable to even put them on. Seller is making the returns process awkward now.
Absolutely rubbish company cheaply made goods.trainers fell apart after wearing for 1 hr. They won't take back as cant resell won't refund and so I'm left with faulty goods.customer service is terrible don't ever use!
