I have been a customer of Supermarket Italy for several years and have always been satisfied with the ordering process, quality of products, fast & free shipping, and items are packaged well so they are not damaged during transit. I regularly order the type "00" Italian fine flour as it makes the best breads and desserts, and the flour doesn't upset my stomach like so many wheat flours do. Very happy customer!
Not easy to know how to get my "10%" on line discount and free shipping from email that said," Frree Shipping for $49 minimum order"….website bit confusing on getting checkout completed…Also, I wanted at the end to hold order til could be filled if an item was currently unavailable…my selection choices were, " refund….substitute….or email"….why not have a comments selection or have, " Hold order till all items available?"

I love to bake and eat breads, pancakes, desserts, but have found American grown wheat flour does not agree with my digestion system. I refused to believe that wheat is bad for me, since we humans have been eating it for over 6,000 years and I believe God made the grain perfectly for us to enjoy. The problem in USA is we think we have to feed the entire world, so we have bastardized much of our crops to increase yield, eliminate pests and disease from plants, and make the produce larger, higher production, which is all a nice idea until you take into account messing with genetic make up of plants will always have an equally bad effect, like increase in gluten, sugars, and seeds that have pesticides engineered into their structure, which is causing more cancers and digestive issues. Thank God Italy and most of Europe reject GMO products, so I order my type "00" from Supermarket Italy and it is the best!
Great products, great price, great shipping. I love to bake and antimo Caputo flour is the best! I found some other items to add to my order, like the Organic Berry spread and it is delicious!

I have not tried the product yet. I never received the first shipment, although Fedex swore that it was delivered to the right place. I have checked every day and it never showed up. I did have a replacement sent to me which I appreciate but I went away from the conversation, feeling like I was trying to get two orders for the price of one. To avoid problem with delivery on the second order, I had it held at the local FedEx store and I picked it up.

After ordering received a text, mentioned the discount for the first order not expecting it and the lady took care of that and I received a refund. Then two days later the box with the ordered items were received. All excellent quality with really competitive pricing. Looking forward to ordering more. Could you stock some whole wheat flour by the way? Recommend your shop highly, no one should be disappointed.

The order arrived one day earlier than expected, and everything was in perfect condition except for the fabric softener. Despite being wrapped with tape over the bottle cap, the fabric conditioner still leaked out. I would suggest using shrink wrapping to prevent any leakage during delivery.

I was looking online for the Italian Christmas candy torrone and found Supermarket Italy.
I needed to replenish both items, lemon olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and these were excellent products are reasonable prices. I plan to purchase other items in the near future.

Order was processed quickly & correctly. Everything was very well packed so that the various pastas ordered arrived unbroken. The escargot are perfectly fine. My only disappointments were (1) I was never sent a notice when the order was shipped nor given a tracking number until I contacted customer service and requested an update on the status of my order and (2) my order was shipped via FedEx Sure Post, the slowest method known to human kind (shipped on the 5th and delivered on the 19th). Otherwise, all was well, and my inquiry to customer service was answered quickly and courteously

Fell in love with them on a visit to my parents house 2500 miles away from where I live. I couldn't find the product here on the east coast so I was very happy to.find them at the Supermarket Italy webstore.
Even better than I had hoped! You never know buying stuff on line but in this case the product was even better than I had imagined it would be when I read the description. The Columba Nocciole was very light, not to sugary and as each guest took their first bite, they were saying, "This is amazing!" Bravo.

As someone who is married to an Italian and has lived in Italy and now home stateside, we order all our beloved and much missed authentic Italian products from meats and snacks to vitamins as well as bath and bodycare from you guys. Never any issues and always received fresh items at a very reasonable price. Customer service is about and beyond. Shipping is always lightning quick and packed like Fort Knox! Looking for a particular product for my daughter.
I purchase a lot of my order in the clearance section and they are a good bargain extravagance for me and my family. Web site is a bit wonky - for some reason it does not allow me to sign in to my account and I have not been able to resolve this problem. Other wise everything is very well packed and I am satisfied with my orders.
