Business owner's do not go with this company. Everything from process and service is horrible. I worked with and they have done a very bad job in every aspect I can think of. The only reason I didn't leave sooner is due to the fact of my busy schedule.
(Note: if you doubt this review, try to call their customer service before you signup and see how long the ridiculous hold time is).
They advertise a 30-day cancellation policy. However, to cancel, they insist you call their customer service which involved a 30 minute hold. Then a discussion with their cancellation department. Then you need to complete a form. Then you need to fax in this form.
Funny that signing up only involves a button click.
Support (Jonathan Kim x******* 12/2019) didn't call me back for days on a timely setup issue. Then when I finally got hold of him, he lied and said they had called back multiple times on the 1st day. Hmm - guess my voicemail and phone log both don't work.
