Finally received, after Xmas, a package but instead with two cheap backpacks. Ever since, 8 months have passed, I am trying to get my money back or the right goods. Each time a different customer service person who asks the same and no one gets by the stage of the problem and giving a solution. So much time spent, and still my money lost. Can't believe such companies still exist.

Disgusting delivery service, I could not assess the quality of the clothes, because I have not received my parcel since February 2022. As a matter of fact, no one has returned the money, and it's been almost a year. Customer service writes that unfortunately, it is impossible to solve my problem. How is that even possible? I do not recommend it, do not order anything here!
After using surfdome for years often spending upwards of £100-200 per month they have now been taken over by brand alley, wiping all of the decent surfing and skating brands for "trashy cheap products"
It's basically a lame Alibaba of clothes now, will never use again, avoid at all costs!

Called customer service. 45-minute queue, next in line, disconnected. U.S. Website says free return shipping if you use Paypal. They say that's only for E.U., even though it's highlighted on U.S. site. Chat system is a joke. Reading from script. Just horrific customer service & doesn't follow the policies on its own site.

After 5 weeks there is still no sign of my order. Two emails to Customer Relations have been responded to with "we will investigate with the coyrier" and then nothing further is heard from Surfdome. Reviews of their courier service are a litany of complaints about orders never arriving.
After reading all the bad reviews here we had serious doubts. But our order (branded, expensive surfskateboard) was fulfilled impeccably. Order was due to arrive on 2. 3. 22, but we received it 2 days earlier.(order date: 22.2.) The skateboard is even better than expected and we will definitely order again. We surf and skate. So it's the perfect store for us. The product variety and quality is ******* times better than what we could find herr in the UAE. We're more than happy!

Ordered swimsuit with express delivery, they sent me a pair of mens trousers. Impossible to contact this company by phone so emailed and they have refused to refund me until I return the trousers. I am on holiday, this has caused such an inconvenience. Customer Service is appalling, any other company would have apologised and refunded immediately.
Very unfriendly with a corporate return policy from the previous century. Pretends to have a surf image but they easily make you pay 25% of the item price for a return?! If you ask them about it and tell them that you just want to swap the size, they keep on referring to their general terms and conditions pretending to be Apple or Google.
Apparently they have never heard of the existence of e-commerce brands like Zalando and Amazon. I expect them to be out of business very soon
If you live outside of the UK do not buy here!
After reading negative reviews here, we were nervous about our item not arriving on time. Not only did it arrive on time, but it arrived 4 days early! Although the US toll free customer service phone number did not work, email customer service DOES work. We received a very prompt email reply with tracking information. The price was right, the product is amazing and the customer service was timely. Be patient if coming from overseas. The website gives accurate estimate.
Item got stuck in customs and as it was the error of surfdome we agreed that it would be returned from there and I would just get a refund - still waiting a month later. They don't respond well and are very unprofessional. Would never use again
Very disappointed. After being a loyal customer. I never received my order and after contacting them they wrote back that apparently no one was home on the day of delivery and a message was left. This was not true, there is always someone in and no message was left. I sent another two emails, am still waiting for an answer.
Do not buy at this store! You are being re-directed to a so called Dutch store. But in the end you have to return an item to the UK at very high costs! If you send an e-mail it takes a month to receive a lousy answer. Misleading and no service. Thank *******@surfdome

This has to be worse surf company I had ever imagined buying a surfboard from, the board came in over seas 2 inches short and they completely refuse to take it back and refund my money, they even completely stopped answering my emails. By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Doesn't even deserve one star. I am extremely angry with the outcome and now have a board I can't use and cant sell for the price I got it for...
I have returned a wetsuit and have waited for 3 weeks to hear anything. Decided to try to contact them, emailed 5 times waited on phone for 1 hour only to be cut off. They say to contact them via email phone or live chat... where is their live chat? I cannot find it on the website. So frustrating to be ignored. Do not shop here if you like to be refunded on unsuitable items.
I ordered a surfboard. It arrived on time but when I opened it, I realized it was damaged.
I sent a message to customer service right away with photos. It took them a week to respond. They offered me a discount or return + refund.
I asked for a return + refund and no response. It's been over 2 weeks. I'm appalled by their lack of response.
I'd be extremely cautious purchasing a higher priced item here unless you have the money to blow.

I received a faulty product four months ago, it took me three months of correspondence to get an approval from a warranty team to send it back. But they keep sending me links to print the label that doesn't work. Four months of countless emails back and forth and I still cannot send it back. They don't even answer me anymore although they already agreed to give me money back after I send them the product. But they made it impossible so I received no service after hundreds of massages. This is exhausting and infuriating and illegal and unfair. Their costumer service does not exist, they are inefficient, nothing gets done only useless correspondence.
I ordered a Snowboard from Surf Dome to Canada and it arrived as advertised earlier than expected. The customer service response was prompt with my tracking number when I contacted to ask (I was nervous of the bad reviews) and it was shipped out as promised and arrived in Canada as promised. I had to pay Canadian duties ($60 on a $400 order) and it was delivered the next day. Not sure what the other bad reviews are about but my experience was seamless and I will definitely order from them again since they were significantly cheaper than any other retailer of this product

I purchased a product from them. Paid for two-day shipping and immediately called with a shipping request. After 4 days of nobody getting back to me, and my purchase having never been shipped, I email them. It takes them 2 days to get back to me to tell me that the product I purchased was sold out... are you serious? The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will never be shopping there again, and would not recommend to anybody.
They represent like they have a Canadian store, although all their goods ship from the UK and then your hit with 30% duties/taxes. When you land on the site it says would you like to shop at Surfdome Canada. There is no mention that all goods ship from the UK. Stay away
Also their customer service is terrible
Package was delayed without notice, customer service was non existent, still have no idea when my shoes are coming, and I regret paying these boneheads any money. No one responded to my emails. Zero stars.

I ordered 2 pairs of kids shoes. They sent me two in the wrong size. I phoned multiple times and left messages. No one returned my calls. Phoned UK number, left message. Again no response.
Several emails were sent. Finally received an email response after suggesting that I would follow the matter up with the ACCC. Their response was to post the shoes back for a refund (why should I pay postage. Again... when it was their fault).
Dodgy company, beware
Very slow process and recently bought the item but never arrived and after ton of sarcasm email then only they refund the payment but the process takes probably 2 months to settle with their customer service which is sucks since they only reply 8 days once hahahaha i also dont know what they do at works. Their delivery partner also not helpful and not well recognised so dont bother to call or email for updates you never get the update from the courier. Thanks!
