The shoes are so cheaply made, I'm also afraid to wear them. I expected Converse style with heavy-duty soles, just like the ad featured. This company charged me for 2 pairs, not one. I brought it to their attention via email, and they never responded to my refund request. I'd return the shoes, but they wont respond to my request for an RMA nor provide a return address.
Robbery.
Shameful.

The shoes are very cute and comfortable. Fit and warm as expected! Fast delivery. Very happy, I recommend them to my family and friends.
I wish I had seen the reviews here earlier but we also fell for it. I bought 2 pairs. I can't even give them away. I am afraid someone can injure themselves with these on. JUST TERRIBLE! I emailed on 5/8/2022 and I am still waiting for a reply. It is 01/22/2023 NOW.
I purchased 5 pair of shoes from SUVENUS and after wearing 2 of the flip flop style shoes they both fell apart after only 2 times wearing them! I could not believe how cheaply they are made! The bows were glued on and two of them fell off after 1 time wearing and both sets of flip flops literally came apart after 2 times worn! I wrote to the company and asked for a refund and they refused. SCAM! I was forced to give a ONE star review as there was no option to give 0!

These shoes are HORRIBLE! They are so poorly made, I can not even wear them. The whole shoe is raw edges, shoelace eyelets are not even so the laces end up crooked. The soles are not even made from separate material, they are painted so they look like soles. They look NOTHING like the ad. If you put them on... You can not even bend your foot. I emailed to get address to return and get refund. Got email to exchange them (no address). I kindly explained that I just wanted to return and get refund.
Yep! You guessed it. No return email, no return address. Buyer Beware! Rating is actually "0" but have to put something for it to submit.
