I ordered a pair of the Nike JR. Superbly 9 Club CR7 TF boys turf soccer shoes and the process was very smooth and the staff was helpful to make sure I received an order confirmation and i also received a discount for my next purchase
Bought $150 shoes that were supposed to be Nike AF, but when I gave them to my daughter she would not wear them because they are fale. Upon comparison with the real shoes they look very very different. At the location in Pickering they would not take them back because I lost the box. No I am stuck with fake expensive shoes. Do not recommend this store and I am not happy with their product and service.

Recently bought a Christmas gift for my child through SV Sports and the advertisement did not indicate any verbiage of non-returnable item and unfortunately, the item purchased was too big for my child so I wanted to return it, or have it exchanged but they would not honor it as the item is unreturnable. So I'm basically stuck with a shoe that my child cannot wear. Be cautious of buying items from this store or I highly recommend to buy your item elsewhere.

No packing slip included with the shipment and finally got a hold of Customer Service and they would like me to send back the item without any return label from them and to purchase a new item prior to refunding my purchase. No guarantee that I will obtain a refund when they receive the item.

I appreciated the fact that my item was delivered before the informed delivery date.
That makes a big impact with ordering.
Bought a protective headgear. The strap snap-on clip was broken. Been over a month trying to return. I was told they were reviewing it but never responded to my emails since then.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
No customer support. No phone number to call. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

I had to return item and company does not provide return label. I had to pay for return shipping and they rejected my refund since I had worn item for two days.

Don’t use them. You won’t get your return handled and will have to pay for it. If worn for any amount of time they will not refund you or not exactly how it was sent to you they will not refund you.

I wanted a new black and white Nike and found the Air Max SC, the reviews were good and I decided to buy it. It fits true to size but I would recommend socks that aren't too thick and they are great for walking.

We got our order when promised in five days. The price was the cheapest around. We saved $25. Shipping was free . We have bought Asics before and they were exactly what we wanted.
Was a bit confusing had to add my address 2xs before it allowed me to check out and wouldn't let me add 2 more shirts I wanted, so I will have to make 2 orders now lol. Thanks , Ray. C

Matt with the customer service team helped out tremendously to get my order facilitated. The specific team/size I wanted was not in stock online but he was able to set up a delivery to my home from a store that had it in stock.
i couldnt use paypal, but I was able to use amazon pay, which worked and my order was processed quickly.

the shoe has a narrow heel perfect for my foot and a wide toe box awesome.

Extremely easy to find and place my order. SVSports was the only place I found a shoe that carried my size. Didn't realize how many people wore a size 7 1/2 in a mans shoe. I'll be back in the future.

Amazon checkout didn't work and had some sort of diagnostic info. Went back to cart, then my address information was populated. So then I checked out with my credit card.
Check out is awkward. My mom is a senior, and couldn't figure out how to check out. I'm glad I was on the phone with her to help her buy the skates for her to give my son.
Wonderful experience. I couldn't find a very specific jersey anywhere online/in store for a gift, found it on SV, called SV (which is a great feature) to confirm and ordered immediately.
Matt was great helping me find a jersey for my son for Christmas that was sold out elsewhere - these guys go above & beyond for great customer service!

Love the look and feel of the Brooks Launch 6 USA. SV Sports is the only place I have been able to find these in my size.
