I truly regret doing business with SellState First Choice Realty. Very stressful and miserable experience from beginning to end. Having to reach out to them for all kind of updates and communication, and them telling me that they were working to their best of their abilities. Perhaps an assessment on their abilities should be completed. Agent reminded us how hard they were working for us and trying to make me feel that I was owing them a big favor and that I needed to feel bad for their efforts. Well -- You are getting paid -- very well I might add. Do your job and do it right.

I never received any information about the status of the house, pictures of the house, feedback from potential buyers, communication with other realtor. The house belongs to my husband and myself and we are separated at this time. The realtor kept on providing more information and status to my husband and leaving me excluded of all of it. The reason was because my husband wants to sell it fast and willing to lose money if needed and they knew that so they rather negotiate with him. Very unprofessional, lack of efforts, negotiation skills, and lack of knowledge of this realtor. He only wanted to make a quick profit regardless of their client and was too afraid to speak up and set rules to benefit their clients in order to avoid confrontation or perhaps lose a good opportunity to sell fast even thou less profit for his clients. I will continue with an escalation of this issue to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs as Realtor such as this person should not be in the business of providing consumer services as they are not in the business of helping California consumers.
