This company recently taken over from MuchoTV, now has constant buffering on TV and recordings, plus many other display problems. They say they know about this but do nothing. Get a VPN for all TV.
Too much buffering Not acceptable, got worse since it took over from tv mucho. Impossible to watch in one seating:{
I have been a loyal customer forvover 2 years and expect better treatment than I have recieved in the past 2 days which is basically not replying to.my emails and the problem I have seems to have affected a lot of people which means no service whatsoever and no response with a reason why.
I was a customer of TVmucho which was then aquired I believe by Teeveeing last year. My membership was transferred and short of small hicups I continued to use the service. In mid April I started to have issues when watching both programs and recordings. The system saying I was logged in on another source, which wasn't true. I struggled for a week or so with the irritating message. Eventually I tried to contact support to report the issue on 27th April via chat then email. Both are useless no response despite several contacts from me. I have been trying without success to cancel my auto renewal (due 14 June) again without success. I would say to anyone thinking of using the service "stay well clear of this organisation "
