The worst ever provider. They are extremely inefficient, incompetent and completely complacent. I ordered a phone online, they couldn't even deliver, put it on back order, and then just canceled the order. They didn't even give a reason as to why. Will never ever deal with them again and everyone should move to another provider, anyone is better than Telstra.

Managser named Christiana said thet Coles doesn't do recharge voucher refunds explained to Christiana that huestville tesltra shop said that recharge voucher was faulty and blamed Coles told to return voucher to Coles Coles doesn't do refund who was telling g truth was telling truth from start

It's pretty simple. With your chat, start with "Are you the girl in the photo?" You will get VERY few replies to that. Go one step further and comment on an item she is wearing. THAT's where you will find out. Ripoff

Telstra Australia is not the way they connect. As a business simply trying to get ADSL broadband connected it has been a nightmare! They took my account away from my original provider after I thought I had a fair deal from them and it has been downhill since then. They have mucked up every account we have with them. They changed my business name and address. Have disconnected us 3 times. It has been raised to a level 2 complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman. I have had 2 different case managers with their complaints department. They have talked to me in a patronising manner when I became almost hysterical when they disconnected my phone on the 3rd time and over a weekend, my busiest business time as we are a Restaurant, their answer is "But we are trying to help you"... more like trying to destroy my business. A letter sent to them by the ombudsman has requested compensation and an apology. I have received neither. As all they did was fix over charges they made to my accounts of which I kept paying so they would not disconnect us... but they did this anyway. They need to look at their 'system'... it is a mess! Perfect example of why they should keep jobs in Australia, offshoring jobs is leaving Australia with terrible service! God help us!

Bad service bad prices. Just out for your money, there are plenty of other way better offers and deals with great prices and deals. Not worth the stress.
