I cant give a negative result so one star. This company is a joke. I paid over AUD $2000 for three days at the 2023 French Open. Tickets for the first day did not arrive until 1.00am on the day of the tennis, they also congratulated us on being upgraded from an all day ground pass to a night session - hardly an upgrade paying $800 to see a single match rather than several matches we had planned to see on the outside courts. Day 3 same occurred tickets arrived at 7am on the day and again they congratulated us on being upgraded. I don't call ordering and paying for Philip Chartier arena is an upgrade to be given tickets to the Suzanne Lengen Court. Having travelled all the way from Australia for the tennis - this also was not an upgrade to be sent to an inferior court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
