I ordered a custum made entry door back in October, 2009. It was to have had a decorative, matching "crown" piece above the door. When the door and "crown" came, the crown was mismeasured and had to be redone. After many call, letters, drop-ins, to date I still have not received the matching piece and the owner totally ignores all attempts to contact him. This hasn't been the only purchase from him. I have spend thousands of dollars on furnishings and can't understand why he is treating me so poorly. He recently moved from one large building to a much smaller facility because his business has fallen off badly--mainly because of customer service. Any help would be appreciated. I hope he sees this complaints. PLaVoy
