Well, to be fair, it's advisable to everybody to drive electro cars, but Tesla's brainchild will make you feel over the moon. You just sit back, turn on the vibe music or just fascinating screensavers with cozy fireplace and enjoy the ride.
I Had a nice visit to one of their showrooms recently. Very helpful and experienced salesman and had a fantastic experience! Everything went smoothly and I was so impressed with all their models. I will most likely make a purchase once I am financially ready. Good first impression from Tesla.

I had the pleasure with riding in a Tesla Model 3. The features are just amazing. You can literally run everything off your smartphone. The best feature is the autopilot. You can sit back and browse the internet while the car is doing its thing. The onboard screen device is nice, has everything you need on one hub to access everything. The car looks sleek and rides comfortable. The roof of the car is all glass so you can lay back and view the sky. The battery life is beyond what my expectations were. Simply an amazing car.
Customer service is terrible.After placing an order and awaiting the information to confirm the delivery date, no one has contacted me regarding this information. The next thing I know, my order has been canceled. According to the representative, I need to reorder and pay $250. I do not believe Tesla's customer service is the smartest propel. They are not trained to solve problems, but rather to avoid them. I find it very sad.
Initially when I booked my service appointment through the Tesla app I was advised that my vehicle was out of warranty after reviewing the document I was advised it's service and visor that my vehicle still has a drive unit warranty good through September 2025 the service advisor did confirm that the information was correct. My vehicle was then taken to the Tesla dealer service repair center for a service estimate and diagnostic of the need repair I was contacted by the tesla's service advisor and advised that there were issues and with the drive unit that needed to be replaced and it would not be covered by the drive chef unit the written estimate stated that there will be a drive unit issue total of $6000. When I question the service advisor as to why the drive unit issue is not covered under the drive unit warranted. I was advised that it was an axle problem connected to the drive unit and it would not be covered. The written repair estimate clearly stated that the issue being changed was the drive unit half shaft not an axle. I was asked the service manager Andrew Beck several times for the document as to what the drive unit covers and they were unable to fill out that information to me and writing. Therefore Warning! Their warranties are No good. They do not honor them at all.
I started my solar project for my house almost 8 9 months ago. Going through with Tesla initially and they said I could not have 100% offset so I decided to put additional roof on my existing porch after I discuss with Tesla. I spend $15,000. Because of my construction took long time. So my previous reservation was canceled automatically so I had to restart whole thing and now the Tesla technician came and say they cannot install solar panel on a flat roof and pitch has to be atleast 10 degree. (I have 9.5°. I wish tesla design team would have told me about there requirements. So now I'm talking to Tesla design team I was ready to install another layer or shingle roof but first she said slope is another issue it has to be min 10° than she said slope has to be 12 to 15 °. Soon as I told her this is Tesla fault she's changing her requirements. I told her you and your engineer who came to my house for measurements Also mentions the pitch has to be 10°. Now you changing that too. In between she was talking to their supervis or manager. I guess they realize their responsible for this mess.
Making me do all this construction without giving me any specifications. I find this very inresponsible.
Tesla if you see this, please take care of this mess. I waited too long. I spent too much money I don't know deserve this. This is a completely Tesla's fault.
