I recently had an experience using Testgorilla, and I must say, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall performance of the website.Furthermore, I encountered some technical issues while using Testgorilla. The website occasionally lagged or crashed, resulting in frustration and wasted time. In a fast-paced hiring process, such technical glitches can be detrimental and hinder the efficiency of the evaluation process.

What else to say. I used for 1.5yrs and have switched to another product.
How can customer service really not be cooperative?

Using this tool to screen candidates for software engineering jobs will not give you a reliable or relevant metric to work from.

I'm so disappointed from the overall experience on the TestGorilla website. I found it really tricky to browse the website. Generally, it was complex and difficult. Also, it navigation was really time-consuming. I was unsatisfied with the product tour too as well as the pricing for the service it offers. I won't recommended for your testing needs.

I was looking for a simple and empathetic solution for my professional relocation process. I've been going through difficulties and this test managed to make everything more difficult and complicated.

I hope they can improve the tool in favor of those looking for a new job opportunity.

This platform doesn't make much sense. It has inappropriate tests in applicability for some works. Don't recommend.

The integration with my daily processes were not so satisfactory, the platform could have fit better with my needs.

TestGorilla could have been a great idea, but in the real world doesn't work. I had to search for a long time and I couldn't find anything related to my field of expertise. The website is not that easy to navigate and it wasn't that helpful.

I tried TestGorilla for a hiring test for my current job. The overall user experience is below par and the results were generic. We decided to redo the hiring test manually.

Didn't like the website. Couldn't find what I was looking for today. Hope they can do better next time.

I don´t recommend ever, it doesnt respond quickly to what i have expected when I have tried for.
