The Texas toll road accounts folks are misappropriating my payments to a SECOND ACCOUNT THAT THEY STARTED/OPENED? I keep being charged duplicate bills, I've used debit cards, checks and called in payments. It's a NEVERENDING charge? I have spent 1.45(hour & 45 mins) with an employee who discovered the problem of TWO ACCOUNTS, her supervisor was attempting to have accounts folks fix the discrepancy and to change two accounts into one primary account. I was told it would be fixed? Within a week I received another bill, same charge different amount since you're automatically charged for being late? Once again I spoke to rep, was told their system was updated during the pandemic, and bills are being generated from 2 months, to two years back? I've paid over and over until that's enough, I cancelled THREE TAGS & using only one vehicle for emergency ONLY. I WAS ONLY PERSON USING THE TAG ON THE OTHER VEHICLES AS NEEDED, I CAN'T DRIVE FOUR VEHICLES AT A TIME? Yet according to them the charges are from previous YEARS, MONTHS? I am so sure that their system has given credit on other accounts, instead of mine! I have called numerous times trying to have account fixed, yet their excuse is it's my problem I just need to pay? I am in dire need of help. I have checks, debits charged & paid. I can't keep trying to prove my case against system glitch (es) HELP PLEASE.
The story is OUT I wasn't complaining just to complain! I've added storyline from today's news, seriously I know I've overpaid. So have hundred of other customers, their system is faulty!
