Website states 24/7 support but if you look closely, only a phone number is on website which rings busy immediately. No other way to contact business. I ordered the Dyson air wrap 11/27/20 and got immediate confirmation of the order but never received the item or any further communication. PayPal gave an email address for business but I got no response. In process of disputing charge with my credit card company. Please do not make the same mistake. I should of known the price was too good to be true.
