I had purchased pedigree dog food by paying ₹3300, 2 months ago. The same has not been delivered till date nor the money refunded

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they will charge your account immediately and never ship your merchandise. You cannot contact them by phone or email, because they do not answer either one. There are many other pet supply companies that will actually ship your order promptly, provide for easy returns, and actually respond when you call them with questions or problems. This is not a reputable business.

Much like the other reviews I just read, I bought a bark collar and 4 replacement batteries and my credit card was immediately charged for the merchandise. A week later I still had not received an email confirmation of shipment (did get an order confirmation) so I emailed customer service after I could not 'live chat' with someone. Never heard back. A week after that I called left a message and sent another email requesting some feedback. Nothing. I am not wasting anymore time. I am calling my credit card company to see what steps I have to take to get my money back. I will probably go further and report elsewhere too.
Do not ever order anything from this website.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered my merchandise with the understanding that it would shipped the next day. Two weeks and several phone calls later, I was told that the item was on back order and would be shipped the next day. A week later, still nothing. I made several calls to customer service that were never answered, and my messages were not returned. I did manage to get a hold of customer server via their online chat a few times and cancelled the order. Another week passed and I still hadn't received confirmation of the cancellation, and when I called back I was told that the cancellation had never been submitted.

Never again will I shop with this company, worst customer service experience I have ever received.

I ordered a training collar and after a month I never received it. I called and they said they would issue a credit. I didn't receive that either! After calling and emailing for weeks I never got an answer. When I called a constant loop of the menu options and "please wait while your called is transferred" was all that I got. Finally I figured it out and called from another phone and amazingly I got through. I complained to a "manager" and was assured they would issue it to me. When I called a week later from the other phone I got the constant loop again. Only after reporting it as fraud, I received my money back. I don't know how a business can continue to run under these circumstances. I reported it to the BBB and found out they had many reports on this "company" but they couldn't do much about it. I wish i would have read the reviews on them before I wasted my time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed an order for a pet training collar on November 9th and still have not received it. I have called, sent email request etc with no return contact. I will be contacting my bank this morning to cancel the order.

On 2/27/11, I order a replacement flap for my dog door over the internet, of course. Other than the original receipt I printed when I order the product, this company never contacted me with a thank you for your order or a notice of shipment. I waited a week then emailed them asking them if my order along with my name, order #, etc. had been shipped. I waited a few days without response and emailed them again with no response. Then I called them. I was told they were not available and to leave a message (automated) and I did along with my telephone #, name, and order #. I waited a couple days and still did not get a response. I called them again and actually got to speak to somebody and was told that my order was mailed the day before. I waited a week and no package. Then I called again and spoke to somebody and they told me my package was mailed three days ago and would arrive in about three days. Still no package. I called again and spoke to somebody and was told that my package was mailed that day. I actually got a notice from UPS that day (3/9/11) stating, "A label for this shipment has been created, but UPS does not yet have possession of this shipment. Once we receive the shipment, the tracking status will be updated". I checked for update of the package being received by UPS from the 9th until last night. Today I called again and asked why haven't you posted my order yet, please refund my money I am not interested in doing business with you. They told me they could not refund my money as they had it logged at already mailed then very rudely put me on hold for over ten minutes. Then the women said she would call me back and asked for my telephone number as if it had not been supplied before via emails and voicemail. She called me back and said she had the package in her hand and was taking it to be mailed but would still not refund my money. I just got an email from UPS and guess what it said..."A label for this shipment has been created, but UPS does not yet have possession of this shipment. I have called my credit card company and told them about the charge from "Thepetstoreonline.com" and they are conducting a fraud investigation. I had also contacted UPS just to make sure that it was not an error on their part that my package was accidently overlooked and not posted to me as shipped. They said sorry but the package was never recieved. I have never had an experience from a company taking 18 days to ship and order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME. I will keep you posted to let you know if I ever receive my order.
