This site is easy to use. But I havent received my tickets yet. Makes me a little nervous and concerned.

Easiest and quickest experience with online concert ticket purchasing. Will definitely use this site.

Paid for the tickets and recieved no confirmation or receipt. The website said when I purchased on the 24th June that my tickets would be texted to me on the 1st of July.

When I didn't get confirmation I emailed, no response.

2nd July I phoned customer services and was told to email with the subject urgent. No response.

The event was the 4th of July and I had to buy new tickets from a different provider.

I emailed again to explain i never recieved the tickets, they emailed back saying it was emailed to me on the 24th of June. No emails at all, including junk mail and other folders.

I feel totally robbed and there's nothing I can do about it. Avoid like the plague! Buy tickets from ticket master.

Nice website... gives a view of seat and price side by side... cheaper also(upper level)... service fees are high though

Very pleased with overall transaction. Although I had some trouble (at first) determining how to download the tickets.

Seemed easy to me but not a cheap service charge, almost $70 for two tickets, maybe $10-15/ticket.?

I order 2 Luke Combs concert tickets for Nov 22,2022 in London Ont, Canada on Aug 5. There were multiple red flags right from the start; 1: I never received an order confirmation email. 2: I was supposed to receive my tickets via email on Aug 8 and I never did (it is now Oct 7). 3: I called multiple times and never actually go through to a real person, just the automated voice. I checked the status of my tickets through an option on the phone and it said they had already emailed them to me and that they will resend them, which they never did. I also emailed them twice and I never got a response, I got a generated email saying that the email address was no longer in use but there was no other email address on their website. I have applied for a dispute on this purchase because this site is definitely a scam. I just ended up buying new tickets from a different site which didn't have hidden service fees so it was cheaper anyways! Do not buy from Tickets. Expert!

Uh. Where are my e-tickets? Fees for what? Not a very efficient service. E-communication needs some work.

Upset have not received tickets email twice no response. I am about to go make police report and file fraud charges and let bank handle it

This website was helpful and easy to find the most suitable tickets. Having some issues getting the actually ticket but I am hoping after fillingthis out I will find them.

This was great to do thanks so much the concierge was awesome who helped us to book this and I hope she has a great life. This was the cheapiest and easiest way to book something and we will do this again one day when we return to Canada.
