TrakAmerica has some incredible people but they are often over-stretched and unhappy. The culture of this place is so incredibly toxic. Many staff members are in constant states of fear and anxiety. Owner is highly strung, does not believe in any way other than this own. Does not want to listen to any input and bullies his people. Very unprofessional and not a very positive or happy place to work. Avoid working here!
Their customer service is the worst I've ever come across. They make you wait for up to a few hours of you let them. None of their executives have any answers for the customers.
