Pretty easy just wish you would add all the things into the price so that way we don't have to worry about paying for baggage and $#*! like that
I booked my flight but when I got to the airport and checked in, they said the tickets weren't payed for even thought I had already payed. I called travelopick and tried reasoning with them and asked them to book me another flight but after about an hour they hung up and didn't help out at all. This is the worst site to buy your tickets from, NEVER USE THIS AGENCY. They will rip you off!
I love how easy and quick was the whole process. I will always use this method from now on. Thanks for everything

I initially gave a 3-star rating, and explained my issue regarding the seat choice fee. I received a very friendly call from Lauren, one of the managers, who listened to my concerns and promised to have her team review the website for clarity of the problem. She also provided pre-assigned seating for me and my husband, with no service charge. She was very helpful and kind.
Great experience I guess if you take too long to book, it kicks you out, and make you start again? But that was the only setback I had!
Some information and choices are confusing. Options are overlapping and it's not clear what's covered and what's not. Price differential is also confusing. Not sure which option is going to cause the least amount of runaround, should there be a need to activate what you paid for.

My confusion was assuaged, after I spoke to a representative who was able to explain the insurance options and differences, albeit, I had already selected the option most affordable and best for me. We purchased a flight on Spirit for my sisters birthday present. Sadly she became very sick with the flu and ended up in the hospital. Lauren went above and beyond to help us get our full refund. This is our new Airline Agent?

We have had seriously bad experience with 2 different airline travel sights for this same flight. One was because the dates of funeral had to be changed due to insurance check arrival and had issues with cancelling/changing dates ven though it was booked less than 24 hrs. And the 2nd travel sight, cancelled our booking without telling us because air fare changed, even though we had a confirmed deal. I am truly hoping this experience will be good.

Would have given five stars but got kicked off site just before completion and had to start over
I can't wait till my flight this was easy and by far the most cheapest ticket i could find dont do over the phone they keep say prices like 2000 and stuff like 1,900 look for your self i got my price at 812.24 that more than 1,000$ off im going to keep on using this amazing website
The fares are affordable if only it doesn't go up when it's near the departure date. All good!
