The company has garnered mixed feedback, with some customers praising the friendliness and helpfulness of technicians, indicating a positive service experience. However, a significant number of reviews raise serious concerns about potential scams, with customers reporting aggressive tactics and unauthorized access to their computers. Many felt misled by claims of affiliation with Microsoft, leading to financial losses and ongoing security issues. This suggests a troubling trend of deceptive practices overshadowing the positive aspects of customer service, ultimately impacting the company's reputation and raising red flags for potential clients.

I called them for a security issue with my computer and they dealt with it pretty nicely very friendly technicians and very positive attitude and they helped me in every possible way and worth every penny for their services. I have been dealing with them for pretty long time now
They ransomed my computer and presented themselves as the one to repair the damage. Called apple support and began shutting down, they called my phone and said not to shut down but I continued and nothing was compromised. One week later they did it again, took computer to apple and washed the hard drive. Worked well for 10 days and they did it again, was able to get it out with Malware bites. BEWARE!
These guys hacked into my computer, telling me my banking information was being hacked... I think they were doing the hacking. I had been having problems with my computer and working with Microsoft to get things straightened out. Unfortunately, Microsoft didn't do all the work that needed to be done. I was online shopping at amazon.com. A banner came across my screen with their phone number... *******830..."don't shut your computer off, don't leave this page, call this phone number". Well, (dummy that I am), I called the number. A gal named "Lisa" told me they could fix all my problems, I was reluctant, then a man named Mr. Johnson came on the line and assured me all my problems would be gone for a fee of $559.99. After a lot of convincing (they said they were Microsoft affiliated, had "certified Microsoft technicians available" I gave up my banking info. These guys got into my computer and made things very bad... worse than they were to begin with. Of course, they took money for nothing. It took me several weeks to get my money back from them. DON'T USE THEM, DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU LIKE THEY FOOLED ME!
