Management communication is poor, and you don't get much while you lost your wallet and key (which is $100 for replacement and can't copy, lockout $100 fee!) stolen by a new maintenance guy inside my apartment. They replaced my key without charge, and it was a nice gesture, but I still see him everyday and it freaks me out knowing him as a personal experience. No camera or proof, so no need to investigate, eh?

Overall layout, complex amenity(except gym), cleanness, and other maintenance personnel is excellent.

This complex raised prices 27% more than last year. I am unsure if they want me to renew it with a possible 30% increased rent or want me to be out of the complex as soon as it expires. Look out for other complexes has a better gym (this gym is just ok for running or walking, nothing else) AND price or promotions.

*Replying to the below comment from UDR: Yes. This matter was discussed with me in person, and the leasing office said they would keep investigating but made sure no one had used my FOB(THE KEY) so far. That was it. No further investigation or notification regarding this issue. It leaves all my responsibility to take care of losing identity, insurance card, money, applying for all other credit cards, + suffering to see the same guy Daily. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with how this sensitive matter was treated and disappeared quickly.
