I've been an investor with Unitecommerce for a period of three months. In this time frame, I primarily dealt with Dmitry Semionov and Dmitry Zeland. The initial experience was quite pleasant in the customer service department, as it was very easy to open an account and deposit funds. Contrary, it has proven to be extremely difficult to do the opposite, specifically when I attempted to withdraw funds. Not only have I been unable to reach either individual named above, none of the alleged 24/7 support has been reachable nor have they responded to my requests for assistance. My log-in has suddenly been invalidated and my account became non- existent. I have now lost a significant amount of money (approximately 6K) with no viable solution or ability to reach anyone at the company. I write this in hopes of warning off anyone considering investment with this group. My next step is of course to contact the appropriate authorities to seek further resolve to this issue. I welcome questions regarding my experience.
