I ordered a tshirt that says 'Vampire' in big red font for my boyfriend as a gift and it arrived on time and in perfect condition! It looked just like the picture and was a comfy length for him. He's 6 ft 1 so sometimes shirts can be too short on his torso, but the one I got for him fit perfectly! It's such a conversation starter too, almost everyone that's passed by while wearing it has made a comment about vampires to him. Loved my experience and will order again!

Previously I wrote a review on this website in which I was worried if I would receive my order or not. My order has arrived and the material, skirts and quality are excellent. I love 5 out of 6 of them and the one I don't like has made plans to send me a refund. Sizes are small so be sure to order 2 sizes up. Other than that, I really enjoyed my shopping at this online boutique!

I have placed several orders with these folks. Many of the items (especially clothing) are unique and ultra colorful. Shirts you just can't get anywhere else. The more you order from them, the more email 'deals' you get offered - many at ridiculously low prices. I highly recommend them. Shipping to the United States does take a few weeks so order well in advance of your need.

I love shopping with VampireFreaks, my order always arrives on-time, sometimes even a week or so early! The clothes are always so soft and comfortable, and the incense/candles/roll-on oil perfumes smell so good! I did lose some of the spikes on the pair of Demonia boots I ordered (they fell off when I took them out of the shoebox), but otherwise no complaints at all, love shopping with VampireFreaks!

The customer service at Vampire Freaks is excellent. I received all the support I needed. Unfortunately, for someone who lives in Brazil like me, it is not viable to make purchases from the US. The customs policy here is too demanding and, besides taking more than half a year to have my package finally delivered, I ended up paying more than double the purchase price in taxes.

The vampires in customer service were very welcoming and attentive, and did their best to help me with my issues.

I ordered two jackets they fit perfectly. I wear them every day. I ordered the Medusa and the queen of hearts. They came way before they were supposed to they even double check to make sure I was the owner of my debit card which I greatly appreciate so I know that no one will be trying to order stuff and scam me, definitely ordering from Again Vampire Freaks. Everyone asked me where I'm getting my jackets from and I gladly tell them cannot wait to order again.

They were very friendly they explained to me why they needed proof that it was my debit card. They checked back up with me. Customer service was absolutely perfect.

What a gorgeous site for all your alternative needs! Super cute how they send emails and put extra goodies in the package :)) . But if your from the Netherlands expect to pay HUGE import fees/taxes. I paid 60% extra on the import taxes excluding the shipping costs... So be aware

This experience was one of the best in my life! I continuously got updated on the status of my order and it arrived super fast. I ordered me and my boyfriend some mystery box shirts and they ended up being so cool. I was a little nervous at first with not knowing what we were going to get but all of the shirts had great graphics. The shirts were also very soft and a little thick but still breathable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying more stuff in the future.

Absolutely a fan. I found many items for a collection of mine on this site costing significantly less money. Processing and shipping is always fast, with items securely packaged.

Cool stuffed creatures. It's about time. I've purchased a few of them and they all have good stitching and are really soft.

They always deliver in a timely manner. Products are quality at good prices. So many products to choose from! Fun site!

The quality of the clothing is incredible! But I paid $40 for express shipping and they didn't send it express. I emailed 3 times and got a generic email back of how shipping times work. I had to call them to get help. Once I spoke to someone she was wonderful and got it taken care of. But they had to re-do the order so it took another week. I wish they would have refunded even half the shipping cost.

Emailing the company wasn't great. They messed up my shipping and just sent me a generic email about shipping times and didn't read what I said. I paid for express and they shipped it regular. Once I called them and spoke with them they were great. But I had already waited almost 2 weeks for an order I should have had in 3-4 days. I wish they had refunded me half the shipping cost or offered me a discount to shop again.

My order arrived safely and in a timely manner just like the last time. Will happily order from VampireFreaks again.

I love shopping and supporting VampireFreaks. They're like a one stop shop that has all the brands that I enjoy. But better than buying them from other sites, at VampireFreaks, you can actually talk to a real person! They have gone above and beyond and out of their way in the past, to help me with orders, and even did a special Order for me once from a discontinued item that I wanted. There's a live person that always answers the phone during their business hours and knowing that they are a local company makes me feel good about my purchase. They also have a pretty decent reward program. Also, they put together a goth music convention every year, which makes them super awesome! I'm a loyal customer for life.

You do need to be patient for delivery if ordering from the USA. Also some of the clothing sizes do not true to size. I recently purchased 3 different style shorts size large, XL, XXL and all were sized almost exactly the same. It wasn't a big problem though, as I handed them down to my son who they fit perfectly. I will have to order a size larger than their sizing chart displays.

Awesome happy with everything I received. Good quality on all products easily remove the tags and comfortable. Never had an issue and ordered quite a few times.

I love the cauldron mug! The wand, only so-so. It is quite heavy and will make a nice weapon!
