It's one of my worst experience having contact with vanilla visa gift card. A friend of mine has bought 8 $100 vanilla visa virtual gift card and vanilla visa sent it direct to me but trying to activate my card, I couldn't. I keep seeing "SYSTEM ERROR, PLEASE TRY AGAIN". This is how my friend's $800 turn waste
I can't imagine getting their cards anymore.
Very frustrating

Please avoid this company. The customer service number is not even going through.

I couldn't used any of the vanilla visa gift card
Tried to buy some merchandise with my GIFT card from Vanilla. What a joke. The card bounced even though it showed a $50 balance. When I got home I checked my balance and it was at ZERO! I have tried numerous times to contact Vanilla via their "customer service" line and all I get is a revolving door of irrelevant BS, can't talk to a PERSON…just robots that have no answers.
Where the hell is my $50.
