Update: They have gotten back to me and are still insisting that I return the wrong shipped item at my expense because it wasn't caused by them it was the shipper's fault. So I told them they need to go after the shipper. They keep insisting they are only authorized to give me a refund minus the shipping fee. So I'm just going to keep hounding them for my full refund. Hey I'm retired! I have plenty of time to send them emails insisting I get my money back. Their problem isn't my problem! Stay tuned!
I ordered two shoe racks for $50.96. They sent me chopsticks and spoons. I told them I received the wrong order. They insisted I needed to send the chopsticks and spoons back before they would fulfill my order. They told me I needed to go to the post office to find out how much it would cost to send them back. I told them I needed a prepaid envelope in order for me to return the items incorrectly sent to me. They decided it was too expensive to send them back and tried to get me to agree to refund me 40% if I kept the chopsticks and spoons. I refused. Then they offered to refund me 60% if I kept them. I refused. I told them I want my money back. They haven't returned any of my emails. I've contacted my credit card company in the meantime and they will be disputing the charge. Disgusting company.
Do not buy from this company. I bought a shoe organizer and they said they shipped twice. Tried to give only half the money back. Still haven't received any funds back. Become unresponsive. Do not buy from them. It's a big scam. $#*!s!
When I have ordered the stuff they said it will be delivered in 10 days, it been a month now, no delivery, no communication, useless tracking number and no refund yet.
I ordered a shoe rack that they calmed was shipped, they then send out a replacement order that was delivered to the wrong address about an hour from me. They have stopped replying to my emails.
