Class action lawsuit! Worst experience ever! I have proof! I screenshot all my messages, maintenance requests and receipts. It's what our attorney said to do. Although, I already do save all types of receipts. For a year my breaker box was mostly fried. We had no power upstairs for a year. We had to run an extension cord from downstairs to power the upstairs. We don't have hot water, and the hot water tank was leaking. It's been since 9/10/22 when I submitted the maintenance request to Jessica of Watson Management. HVAC came and inspected the pipes and water heater. He said the water pressure is dangerously high. HVAC related the recommendations to Watson Management. Jessica of Watson Management, said she contacted HVAC to authorize the maintenance that HVAC highly recommended. She lied. She never contacted them. Luckily I had HVAC's number. I screenshot the text of Jessica's conversation and sent it to HVAC. HVAC said she never contacted them and Watson Management is horrible at calling and coordinating maintenance projects. Jessica has no conscious at all. She'll make fabricated lies to avoid doing her job. Jessica didn't care that we have kids in school or that we have jobs that we need to be presentable for. Hot water is a necessity. We pay $1700 a month for rent. We work in a medical office. I'm a Medical Biller and my sister is a Medical Assistant. Their treatment of their renters are horrific and senseless. Just down right Evil! Appliances don't get fixed right away and maybe not at all. Watson Management truly does not care for their tenants on every level. They upped the rent $750 and add service fees to help cover their revenue losses from the Covid pandemic. For the last 10 years, even through the pandemic, our rent and utilities are all paid up to date. There are so many more examples of tenant neglect/abuse. Contact me regarding class action lawsuit!

So many comments say stay away from Watson Management and this absolutely true. I will admit i have been renting the same home for over 9 years, it was orginally Country Homes who was bought out by Watson. BUT DEFINETLY STAY AWAY, they flat out stole rent payments during COVID lockdown then sent me a repayment plan stating I owed about 6k in rent. When I explained I was working and paying rent during that time they stated that I was never on the lease and didn't know where to apply the money. (Yet they cashed every money order and check). I have contacted them over many issues with the house I am renting in which most of it was over looked. They did take care of plumbing issues and electrical issues. In which I was informed that the plumbing was not update in decades as well as the electrion stated. When this is reported to Watson they do nothing to fix the issue. They have never done a walk through at any point, this week I received a text "Hi there, this is Watson management. Recently we sent you a 48 hour notice of intent to enter. Will you be there or will we need a key to get in?" Response "I never received a notice. 2 I'll be here. What date is the intent to enter? And when did the notice get sent or delivered?" Watson Management response "it was mailed 2 weeks ago. The notice is for today between 10:30 and noon"...a 48 hour notice sent 2 weeks in advance? That doesn't make sense. I explained that it would have to be a different date as I never received notice and was not aware and would not be home. 2 days ago they put a 14 day notice on my door...I am saving all evidence and contact i've had with Watson Managment, I suggest everyone dealing with them does the same.
