"SCAMMERS" First of all people, this company is coming out of *CHINA* and if you have any issues with their product, they act like they're going to refund the money but they donot. I ordered a 8-22 inches indian remy curly 13*4 three-way-parting lace front human hair wig with **BANGS** on August 24,2020. I got my order on September 8,2020. It was left on my door step (ALREADY OPENED) and the box was CRUSHED UP! I first said to myself if the wig is fine, I won't made a fuss. But when I took the wig out of the package, It looked like ROAD KILL! I couldn't believe this is what I paid a $131.66 for. It wasn't full, had a lot spaces (missing hair) on the top and no bangs. I emailed them for a refund and they gave me the run around. They tried to convince me to keep it and they will give me a portion of the money back. I just wanted my money returned. I send it back via USPS with tracking out of my own pocket (another $27.75) and before the package even got to the destination, I get an e-mail that reads "I feel sorry that as i promised we will process refund for you when we receive your return package but it still in transit but not delivered to us" and that was the last I've heard from them and it's October 23rd. $131.66 in their pockets, so they think. Now I'M PISSED OFF! They haven't heard the last from me *TRUST* Tune in folks...
