I was excited to find a rear bumper that claimed to match the oem discontinued bumper. In the picture it looked exact. Description didn't go into great detail but looked exact. When I received bumper 1st issue was there was scratches all over it. I didn't want to complain or wait the process of exchanging it so I fixed it myself. Next issue I found out after installing was the holes didn't completely match up with body armor… 2 holes were missing. Then when attaching oem trailer hitch the welded in nuts on the bumper that would secure the m14 oem bolts from hitch to the base of the bumper by receiver were to small. At this point I contacted customer service and since I installed the bumper there was nothing they could do. After much discussion they did offer a discount to resolve problem the best they could. I still had to fabricate and put in a lot of extra work to make the bumper work with hopes it will not rust out faster without proper power coat. Did I get it to work yes, but wasn't worth the hassle and a big disappointment from believing it would be plug n play.

We ordered a fender and bumper and grill for our GMC Sierra. He was little beat up that's why his name is Jethro. Everything came when it was supposed to. The fender was a little dented up probably from the shipping but we should be able to get it taken care of when we send for paint so I'm not too worried. Overall a great experience will definitely order more stuff again

They were suppose to be delivered in 4days from purchase. However they took 10 days which was mostly FedEx fault but they didn't even ship for 3 days from date paid in full and was suppose to arrive in 3-4 days.

The first set of wheels I purchased were placed on a Back Order status of which I was good on waiting. Date came, still no wheels. I was told they were still on back order and would have to wait longer... didn't want to wait anymore so I purchased the same wheels but in a different color. Very professional and great people to deal with. The wheels were shipped to me immediately. Packaged extremely well. Love how they look on my car. Happy with my purchase!
