It was an exceptional experience of my life to spend one month at a Yoga Chaitanya with a group of beautiful and kind people. We experienced a lot of dancing, singing, chanting, laughter, tears, and silence. After this training, I am feeling fresh & alive. This Yin yoga and meditation teacher training has helped me a lot. I have discovered many new things about my personality. Before this training, I never thought that I would be able to teach yoga. Sukhvinder trained us with precise details, which helped us gain technical & presentation skills. I truly appreciate the personal attention and care from the teachers. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend the Yin yoga and meditation teacher training program from Yoga Chaitanya. I experienced enriching and profound four weeks, in which I was able to learn a lot about meditation and also about myself. We learn all the details of yin yoga, different types of meditations required for modern man, and various philosophies. The last part of the training is very interesting the laughter therapy & self-discovery module. It was a life-changing experience and I discovered immense joy and peace within myself. I definitely would come back for further training!.ahh I will miss these days.

I just attended a yoga, meditation & tantra retreat at Yoga Chaitanya International Institute and my experience was highly transformative. I am feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after 4 days. Sukhi is a wonderful yoga and meditation teacher, and you will experience this in his classes. The retreat was intense, we had yoga, meditation, dancing meditation, and laughter meditation, tantric meditation sessions. The food and accommodation of the resort was wonderful. I did my 200-hour Multistyle Ashtanga vinyasa & Yin yoga teacher training from Yoga Chaitanya. The location of the school is amazing in between the hills in pure nature. The food, nature, yoga, and meditation will change you. This training is intense but in a transformational way. Sukhvinder is a wise teacher and has a very good knowledge of yoga. He taught us adjustments & alignments of yoga poses in a very technical way. He will train you how to be a good yoga teacher. If you want to transform yourself from a yoga practitioner to a yoga teacher then apply for the teacher training programs at Yoga Chaitanya International. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

They have a beautiful yoga shala enclosed by trees and nature 🌸🌸... a beautiful resort, with wonderful food, it is a hidden gem. Yoga therapy teacher training was highly transformative for me.
