I paid 65.00 for this! The Deluxe. I was quite upset seeing this. I shouldve gotten better balloons than 1 cent latex balloons. I didnt get them until 640pm. I wont use them again. This picture is the next night.

Overcharged me for a Sunday delivery. It showed up on Saturday. I spent hours looking for the perfect bouquet and was disappointed to see what they delivered.

Purchased a dozen roses, a box of candy and a Bear for my wife. Flowers were mostly dead. TCustomer Service said I would get new flowers the next day and a 20% discount back on my card. I got a 5% discount and NO flowers the next day or the next day. The only item that seemed worth while was the bear. I will not be interested in using this company again. I do hope they improve from their errors.

I ordered flowers well over 2 weeks prior to my mom's birthday. I get an email telling me the flowers are going to be a day late because of s candle in the order. I was fine with that. I called them this morning to confirm that the flowers were out for delivery. It's a good thing I called. I was THEN told by some customer service person that the flowers wouldn't be delivered until DECEMBER 28! That's WAY past my mom's birthday. This company makes profits off lies and they DON'T keep their end of the bargin.

Paid extra for expedited delivery before noon, called twice and was guaranteed delivery would be there be noon it is now 1pm and still no delivery. Will never order from here again! For the price of flowers and all the extra charges I paid will never ever use them again. STAY CLEAR!
UPDATE: Flowers were finally delivered shortly before 2PM, YouFlowers did adjust the price for the inconvenience, Customer Service on that end was good the florist used not great.
