Was a no show, ever completed job then canceled the redo an hour before. Don't waste your time. Bad men. Too many pics to post. Getting refund

I recently called them about what I thought were weeds that weren't being properly treated on my lawn to find out it was fescue grass that my zoysia had not choked out yet. I felt a little silly but glad I called and found out the truth!

I found that the key to GreenPal's effectiveness is flexibility. The weather is always different and so the applications need to be at different times. I just made a simple phone call to adjust what was best for me. Also, I found the quality of materials used is far better than I could ever purchase. My lawn is a real challenge without having real good topsoil and just the backfill. So maintenance is so important and GreenPal is there for me.

Ever since we started these services from GreenPal, Our lawn has been healthy and green throughout the year. Terrible. I've given up with these guys. Tried 2 different contractors already. I sent the last guy a message about the uneven cut. Nothing changed. These pics are 1 day after they went.

We started using GreenPal in the fall and so far we've been very happy with their services. We had rain shortly after our last service so they are coming back to re-apply the weed control. I really appreciate their desire for complete satisfaction. Would recommend!

My lawn is beautiful even though we just hit spring. Our technician, Mark, always looks at it as he is working and makes recommendations regarding issues he sees with the lawn. He lets me know what he is applying when he will be back, and what he will be doing at that time. Last year the fruit on our trees was amazing. I believe that is thanks to the care and attention given to them by Mark.

I received a call from J. A. Lawn Service just a few minutes ago from an older lady that was so rude to me. She told me she would be in my area on Saturday. My scheduled appointment was supposed to be between Jan. 31st - Feb. 2. I informed her that my quote indicated the dates above and she said, " I already told you we closed not working" two times. I was asking her why? But she spoke in a manner that was very rude and unprofessional along with her condescending. I have never used them and today would have been my first time. I would not recommend this company if this is the way they speak to their customers.

I see a vast improvement in my lawn this year. Have used them in the past at another house so I expected nothing less. Highly recommend! Great communication and friendly service people. Too old to take care of my lawn myself anymore so they lift a huge burden off my shoulders.

I used Shawn's lawn care thru green pal. Can't deal with someone that doesn't show up. Today he said he was on his way at 11.30 and never showed up. He is 4 days late and now I have to pay extra to get it back in shape. It's not Green Pals fault. They just have someone who is not dependable and doesn't care how he leaves the yard.

I have been using GreenPal for several, several years and I am completely satisfied with their care. My lawnmower failed to start so I called Jackson's lawncare and they came out same say and got to work. They did a great job mowing, edging, and cleaning up. And the were quick! Awesome job guys

I am upset that I can't give a 0 rating.
I hired a green pal worker to handle simple yard work for my front and back yard. A water pipe was damaged in the back yard. The worker admitted to damage but did nothing. I have been reaching out to the company Green Pal to assist. JEA had to cut my water off for a day and I am having to hire someone on my own dime to repair this. Green pal will not assist me and keeps giving me the run around. No reimbursement. No acknowledgement. I wish I could copy paste the responses I am getting from them.

He turned on my sprinkler system. He found a leaking pipe in the front yard and had to remove the grass and fix the pipe, which took him awhile but he got it done! He was a very pleasant man. He even flagged the broken pipe area so your mowers, who come on Thursday, will know where the "fix" is. Thanks!
