Ordered a week ago, still don't have a shipping confirmation. Paid an extra $50 for express shipping that said the item would be received in 5 days. When I emailed the company, they said it would take at least 2 weeks and have not responded to numerous emails since! I want a refund now and simply no reply. Have taken up the dispute with my bank

I ordered the product on January 29 and paid for 8-12 day shipping and 24 days later it still has not arrived. It looks like it will not be here in time to wear to the event this weekend that I originally purchased it for. An email said it was shipped on the 9th of February. The tracking number is useless as it says it does not exist. They sent me an email to review the product when I still have not received it.

When ordering formal dresses online we were careful to order from what appeared to be an Australian website just in case the dresses needed to be returned. The dresses arrived in good time, but did not fit/suit my daughter once tried on. The process to return these dresses has been so difficult. They need to be returned to China at our cost. Minimum cost from Australia that I have found so far is $72 plus insurance on top. What I had hoped to be a smooth process is now turning out to be timely and costly. Can not recommend ordering from Zapaka unless you live in China.

Do not purchase from this Website if residing outside of China. The returns process is difficult and expensive.
Ordered/paid for a product from Zapaka AU on 20/09 with express shipping. Only to receive an email saying they have shipped it 9 days later than they marketed. Finally received my package today (05/10), and I was sent the wrong suit. I have requested a full refund due to false advertising and receiving the wrong product. 30 days from today I shall have my answers

I wouldn't recommend Zapaka at all. I bought 2 dresses for my wedding. They sent the wrong size. I emailed them twice, and they haven't gotten back to me! So Rude! I spent nearly $500 in total. Total rip off! They sent me US size when

I'm really disappointed about this order. I place the order on July 7th because i had a party on July 21st. Received the order on July 24th. I ordered a size 10 even though I'm size 8 but what i Received has no size mentioned on it. Looks like a size 6 to me, very cheap material. So i can't even keep the dress because it doesn't fit at all. I have try to contact them for 1 week to return the dress, but no response.
I know you will ask for my order number. I have provided it so many times. Its ZAPAKAUS*******.
