Variable sizing, add an extra step or two, and a lack of confidence in fit of product. Also, fabric content should be easy to see on first pages in description. If synthetic, but feels like a natural fiber (eg,cotton or cashmere) then this would be helpful to day. I have had a bad experience with products that are synthetic, feel like synthetic, and to me, are slimy.

Zolucky "settles" Your return by offering you a %50% discount if you keep their junk. Cheaper to settle for 50% discount & try to give away the products as gifts. Problem is...nobody wants the trash.
The shirt arrived on time and fit perfectly. Have received many favorable comments from friends about how good it looks and where could they buy one. HIGHLY recommended!
Very discouraging when I try choosing color and size for my article of clothing, that I constantly receive a message telling me Arrival Notice" All colors in my size weren't available. It would be better if you just removed the listing or mark the size SOLD OUT rather than wasting your customer's time by letting them think it is available.
Need new summer wardrobe and I previously have purchased many times from this company due to your variety of merchandise. But, I have to admit, it’s your sales and discounts that make it more affordable.
Website was acting up and not allowing me to put chosen items in cart. Website also needs to change the views of individual clothing items. Offer back views on all clothing and add models to display each item.

I bought some shirts for my daughter on this website and she liked them a lot. We buy your usual size and they fit you perfectly. They adapt well to the body, they fit well so that they do not fall but not too tight. I do not know anything transparent. Nice design. Good quality fabric!
Fabric content is not sufficient; 'miniscule stretch' and 'polyester blend' is not enough. Please give full fabric content-- for instance you could say '64% cotton, 30% polyester, 6% lycra'. Also, be specific about your descriptions. Some captions read 'woven shirt', but then you say in the material content that it is 'jersey stretch'. This contradicts your first statement. Also, pictures should show front, back and sides of garment-- not just the front. Closer zoom options should be available - much closer up.
Satisfied. The sweatshirt is as expected, lightweight with colorful design. The sweater has some loose threads that will need reinforcement before wearing / washing.

The package arrives very quickly, everything is correct with my order and is as requested. The prices are consistent, they also make discounts worth taking advantage of, and the clothes are really beautiful. You have to think about the size that is requested, the delivery time of the order is the only thing that I would try to improve. Sometimes it is difficult to find the correct size on the Internet, but here I did not have any problems.

I submitted my order, Then got email saying I had not completed my order---please go back and complete the order; I went back and submitted it again, I received 2 of everything except the print dress, I went to your website to return the extra items and the overalls that were too small 3 times and have not yet been successful in returning the items, Please help!

Customer Service was sorely lacking. I i had to dig through the website to find instructions on how to return an item. They responded with a confirmation of receipt of my request, but I noticed that my home address and email address we're now incorrect on their site. Funny because I received the items to the correct address and email confirmations we're also previously received. It's been 3 wks now and still have not heard from them about a return receipt.

I wish you had shoes in 1/2 sizes. I'm never sure about the size because some of them a small is a 42 bust and some mediums are 38 which is my size. It is also hard to return items if they do not fit properly because of the way the sizes run. Each top & dress are all different sizes. In other stores I am a medium no matter what but here I could be a small on one item and a large on another? It is confusing and that is why I procrastinate when buying from ZOLUCKY
Your product was too big and I've been waiting for a response to tell me what to do, I've had them ready to send back for awhile now. Please look into this and give me the address to send the items back. I love your items, but they were too big. I ordered an extra large bc I usually wear a size 14 shirt... it said USA size 14 is an extra large, but for me it didn't work.

First time ordering from Zolucky and so far so good. I love the selection of merchandise. Hopefully it is a United States company.
Foolishly I ordered multiple items with my first order and didn't like many of the items I ordered so I tried to return them. It was a rude awakening when I found out the items had to be returned to China and then they might be rejected after paying shipping and possibly international charges. Zolucky did offer to reimburse me for 15% of the cost of the items I wanted to return. So for $74 in returns I should get $11.10 - I won't be shopping on Zolucky again. Zolucky was not lucky for me.

Im very satisfied with my online purchases here. I have never bought clothes online, I have been shopping at this store for two years. For my first one, one of the skirts had a defect and I was able to return it for a refund with no problem. The clothes are very beautiful and original. There will certainly be more purchases in the future.
I received most of my orders, still missing two items. Delivery takes awhile but it's coming from China so expect this. I ordered all clothing as size Large. Two of the 6 were way smaller than the others so i requested instructions on how i can do to return them as there is nothing in any of the delivery packages but the clothing.
I receive an email that states i will be responsible for all shipping charges/custom fees, etc. for the return.
REALLY? First off, I gave you the correct size according to your chart so why would most items fit and the other two not? I'll not purchase anything from this site again
