Picture does not match with actual material, cheap materiel. No contact number or email. No information about return.

Lovely pictures horrible merchandise, cheap materials. Returning not possible never provide you with return label. Robotized email replying the same message any time you inquire about return label. Be careful, con people.

They are very. Inexpensive, but I loved what I ordered for the price. It's my understanding that they represent independent businesses in China and Asia.

I ordered 8 tops from Zulucky on October 7,2021. To this date November 26,2021 have received zero. I have received, after numerous complaints, emails saying to be patient some merchandise has been shipped. No tracking number given. Blame was put on Covid? Found another site, well known, where pictures had been copied from. Merchandise and models were exactly the same. Beware of ordering any merchandise from Zulucky. I have reported this to my credit card company and they are disputing any charges. I live in a very, very large Senior Community and have put out a bulletin for others to be aware of this firm.

I ordered 4 items, all of which were misrepresented in all aspects. None of the items matched what was shown on line. The materials, the colors, the quality and styles are all false. Unfortunately, when I tried to return them I was informed that 3 were final sales and therefore, non refundable. Then they had the audacity to offer me a refund me of only %15 of the purchase of the 4th top. The company is a total FRAUD. I have never badmouthed anyone before but people need to be aware that this company and their products are a complete SCAM.
PS: I am an elder adult and don't have the skills to prove either a photo or the proof of purchase but I can tell you that I am out of approximately $65.00 which is rough, especially since my monthly Social Security is shockingly small. It's a real shame that people take advantage of vulnerable people like myself but hopefully someone else will learn from my mistakes. Thank you, Kate Engler

I did not take it down and they did not refund me 50%. The items were returned, except the socks.

Hard to get Qty ordered to stay on check out, kept increasing # in QTY, otherwise good site very good selection,
But leary of country of origin, had trouble with Chinese sites.

I ordered several blouses from Zulucky. I used the size chart and ordered the size that I usually wear. But the blouses size run smaller than American sizes even though the size chart gives the same inches etc. The colors of the material of a couple of the blouses is kind of washed out looking, but not all. The clothing is manufactured in China, which if I had known I might have realized the sizing thing or not ordered because of it being China. But since I did order it and received it, I would have kept it because the clothes are pretty. Just be aware and order a size bigger than you wear.
