I purchased a guitar listed as new. It arrived with the pick guard heavily scored and had clealy been played a lot. I have two other guitars I have owned for years that don't show that degree of wear. I contacted them and sent photos. They offered a $50 discount, the guitar was over $500. Couldn't get a replacement as they were sold out.
