Like many reviews, I bought a laptop battery, it was dead less than six months later. Followed their instructions for a return under warranty. I sent it a month ago, never heard back from them ever again. Attempts to contact support go unanswered. Wish I'd seen this site before ordering from them.

It's a scam, luckily I was able to cancel my paypal payment before it went through.

Satisfied. It arrived a bit later then i expected, but that's couse i didn't realise that it was delivered directly from "china". That's something that should be mentioned quite "loudly" on the site. (in my opinion). Otherwise ok.

The Battery I purchased from BatteryMall in 2021 failed. I then ordered a replacement, and sent the failed Battery to Jim's Battery, the manufacturer. In spite of my requests, I did not receive credit for the failed battery.
