Great experience. My only issue has been the level of fees charged for a secondary market ticket. This has prevented from purchasing as often as I normally would.
After an initial email problem the customer service rep solved the issue. It was a bit frustrating. It is also possible the issue is because of a Verizon email problem. We shall see.
If you order ticket(s) beware they will charge you a processing fee per ticket. So if you order 10 tickets they will charge you $300 plus processing. Ticket Squeeze has very questionable practices. First, is the fluctuating price changes that occur during ticket ordering. Second, their website attempts to closely mimic venue websites to make you think they are legit. Another 'initiative' that leads to fraudulent activity. Australians pay money for their children camps, then camps are cancelled and refunds are not issued. Lots of promises from the 'organisers' to post a check but then their finance team gets sick, manager goes on leave, postman gets lots and as a result there is only a promise to refund. We order tickets through tango.com and it was a nightmare, tango.com works with "scalpers". The don't deliever, we only got our tickets throught the kindness of the box office people.
