After paying upwards of $300, I received a paper that looked like it was written by a 10 year old foreign student. It had no structure, was not on the topic I instructed and was of no use to me at all. I couldn't even use ONE sentence out of the whole paper. They revised it many times but it was still horrible. Their customer service admitted that the paper had no structure and only gave me a 60% refund! Even though their website "guarantees 100% satisfaction" What a load of crap! Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who took my side, filed a complaint with my bank who did a charge back. Now Samedayessay is threatening to post the paper, contact my school and do all these other things to which I say GO AHEAD! Atleast this will expose A) their horrible customer service and B) the horrible quality of their papers
