I requested to cancel my order less than 48 hours after I made the purchase. I had not realized that the processing time was close to 3 weeks. I send tickets, emails and was ignored. I generic response would say that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Even my bank and bbb were unable to get a clear response from this company. They ended up sending the shoes anyways and although I have asked several times for a return shipping label and instructions they refuse to give it to me. Instead they offered me a 10% off coupon. Stay away from this company, the customers service is awful.
