These queens always text me back after office hours whenever I need them. They understand we're addicted to their clothing & need immediate responses. I had a slight issue with my order they graciously shipped my missing item immediately. I've been a customer since 2013 (vintage dolls kill) & they've always always always stayed consistent helping me with any questions or concerns. The new text feature they've added for customer service is industry-changing. Thanks babes!
