Requested a port-in on to numbers on 29/09/23, left without service on both for 28 days and counting. 2 elderly 75+ old pensioners left without access to bank accounts and missed medical appointments. This company has caused incomprehensible pain and suffering for a month now and continues. Sent countless emails, made countless phone calls, have been told on at least 20 occsaions that will be resolved in 24 hours. 24 hours never arrives!

Tip for consumers:
Lycamobile have treated us with complete contempt. No regard for the severe distress, pain and suffering that has been caused by leaving two elderly, disabled, pensioners with no phone service for over a month.
The lies this company has mentioned on no less than 50 occasions is dumbfounding. After hundreds of emails and calls we are told to wait 24 hours, this has been the case for over 3 weeks. 24 hours never comes!
