Incorrect item sent, one item still missing... trying to converse with customer service is near impossible... the refund / dispute centre is a complete waste of time...
Seriously avoid this site and if you are fool enough to place an order and it goes wrong... involve Visa to sort it as im doing now... NEVER EVER AGAIN.

All I can say is the customer service is crap and thankgod I used paypal,
Submitted a claim and will never use this rubbish company again, wish id read the reviews prior purchase.
