I have sent to a buyer a jacket.
Vinted lost my jacket, charged me for everything and offered me no help at all.
I am being left without the jacket, no payment for it and probably charged for courier taxes.
I will use different apps which offer customer support in situations like this.
I am disgusted to be the one paying for everything just because the courier made a mistake.
Horrible customer service, useless! I am so disgusted!
