MalwareBytes creates email campaigns targeting companies. Even if they don't target your company people get marketing emails from them all the time. Some of your employees will download what appears to be a free version. However it's not a free version, or the free has limits, plus it's a home edition. I suggest you read through the EULA and Privacy Policy then decide for yourself. If your employees install more than 10 instances they know your IP and will call you asking you to pay up. They use hard tactics claiming lawsuits and lawyers. Even if you agree to remove everything they will keep coming. They try to scare you into a contract. Save yourself some grief, block any and all incoming emails from anything that has to do with Malwarebytes. Block your employees from installing MalwareBytes. Then you don't have to worry about it. Again, you should read through EULA and decide for yourself.
