If you believe probiotics are good for you, Culturelle is the brand to buy. The quality of their supplements is higher than what most other companies offer. They also have probiotics for kids. I think the scientific evidence that probiotics are good for you is still unclear but it's probably reasonable to think that there is a greater chance they will help you than hurt you.
