They sent my elderly mother a sample of their cream that they said on the call was FREE, and then for almost 9 MONTHS so far have been harassing her for payment via various phone calls and a "Lawyers" letter that when i emailed them I received within the hour another mail from Dermafutura. This is misrepresentation. They then have said they have attempted to collect the parcel back and have not done so, and now expect an EIGHTY ONE YEAR OLD WOMAN IN A PANDEMIC, to queue at the post office and return the parcel out of her own pocket! They told her on the phone it was free and have been hassling her like mad for a jar of overprices cream and now want £106! The costs involved to return it ( even though they said they would reimburses, I wont trust them for a second.) This is just misrepresentation and I shall be contacting a few consumer rights pages in the newspapers this weekend as I am sure they will be interested in such shady and shameful practices like this especially during a worldwide pandemic. They come to the door and take the parcel back, no ifs and no buts. Why should my mother be out of pocket! The newspapers shall be contacted this weekend as the harassment they have caused my mother at her time of life is not on!
